2 children injured in Somers school bus crash

Two children suffered minor injuries when their bus was rear-ended in Somers this morning, according to school district officials. 

The crash happened at a stop sign at Miller Avenue and Route 202 around 8 a.m.

School officials say the children go to schools outside of the district.

The kids, along with the bus monitor and the bus driver, were taken to a hospital as a precaution.

There was no noticeable damage to either vehicle involved.
