Digital artists inspire "Data-ism" Exhibition in White Plains

Posted: Updated:

Artists from all over the state came together this weekend for a new exhibit aimed at exploring art in the digital age.

Arts Westchester's "Data-ism" Exhibition opened Sunday on Mamaroneck Avenue in White Plains.

It features works created with digital technology, either inspired by the digital age, created with some sort of data software, or using tech as a part of the art itself.

One artist tells News 12 he used an XBOX Kinect Sensor for his project. "I tend to use software with technology and coding as part of a cool way to show something else," says artist Sebastian Morales.

The exhibit runs now through Jan. 25.
