Elmsford man arraigned on vehicular manslaughter charges in White Plains death

An Elmsford man has been arraigned on vehicular manslaughter charges in the death of a White Plains pedestrian. 

Police say Glen Robinson was drunk when he allegedly hit 57-year-old Susan Benjamin Bailey on Central Avenue in August.

They say the 26-year-old also struck the clock tower near the Westchester County Center.

Robinson will appear in court next month.
