Police say a New Jersey man is accused of scamming a Wallkill resident out of thousands of dollars.

Police say a New Jersey man is accused of scamming a Wallkill resident out of thousands of dollars.
They say Juan Gill Delao, 22, pretended to be an attorney and told the victim their nephew was in trouble and needed $8,000 for bail.
Officials say the victim sent the money, and that it was a scam.
Delao faces a felony grand larceny charge.
