Rockland football team shows signs of staph infections

Several Clarkstown students on the South High School football team are showing signs of a skin infection.

One of the students was treated for a staph infection, however, the diagnosis was not confirmed by lab tests.

Other players, with similar symptoms, were told to see a doctor before they can return to the field.

Precautions such as disinfecting athletic equipment are being completed.
