Wake held for FDNY lieutenant from Monroe

A wake was held Wednesday for an FDNY lieutenant from Orange County.

Brian Sullivan suffered a deadly heart attack at his home in Monroe on Friday. He had just returned home after responding to an apartment fire in the Bronx.

People gathered at Smith, Seaman and Quackenbush Funeral Home in Monroe for the wake. He will be laid to rest on Friday.

Sullivan was a 27-year veteran of the FDNY. Another wake will be held Thursday.
