CORTLANDT -

Two people were arrested for their involvement in an alleged road rage incident in Cortlandt.

Officials say Rafael Bermejo was driving erratically through a construction zone on Oregon Road.

He then allegedly disobeyed Troy Brooks, who was directing traffic, and struck a vehicle.

Police say Bermejo dropped his child off at home and then returned to threaten workers with a bat.

Both Bermejo and Brooks were arrested and charged.
