Rain to give way to sunshine across the Hudson ValleyPosted: Updated:
The storms that have battered the Hudson Valley have moved on for the most part and plenty of sunshine is on tap for the next week.
News 12 meteorologists say Mount Kisco received more than 4 inches of rain since Monday, but most of the region took 1-3 inches.
They expect the rest of the day will be mostly cloudy with a few scattered showers possible. Highs will only be around 75 degrees.
The good news is that once the rain is gone, the Hudson Valley will have a nice stretch of weather with mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the mid- to upper-80s for at least the next six days.
