Man seriously injured in Stony Point motorcycle crash

STONY POINT -

A man was seriously hurt after his motorcycle collided into a pick-up truck Monday evening, according to Stony Point police.

Officers say the crash happened around 10 p.m. on Route 9W near North Liberty Drive.         

They say the motorcyclist, who is in his 20s, was taken the hospital, but the other driver was not hurt.

There are no arrests or charges at this time.

An investigation into the cause is underway.

Police are asking anyone with information to call the police at (845) 786-2422.
