Two restaurants across New Jersey are facing separate sexual harassment cases, and both have agreed to make $20,000 settlement payments to resolve the complaints.
One case happened at Playa Bowls in Beach Haven.
According to the complaint, a 16-year-old girl working at the restaurant alleged she was the victim of unwelcome sexual advances and requests for sexual favors.
The complaint also says the teen claimed her supervisor inappropriately touched her back and arms on multiple occasions.
Playa Bowls has denied the allegations in full.
The other case happened at the Voorhees Diner in Voorhees Township.
A former server claims his coworkers harassed him due to his sexual orientation.
Brian Peeke, who is gay, alleged he confronted name-calling and other examples of a hostile environment.
Peeke also claimed the harassment was so bad he had to resign.
