An NYPD officer from Oceanside accused in an elaborate murder-for-hire plot to kill a child and her estranged husband was ordered held without bail.
According to court documents, 34-year-old Valerie Cincinelli asked her boyfriend to hire a hitman to kill her estranged husband, and the boyfriend's own daughter.
Federal prosecutors say Cincinelli withdrew $7,000 to pay the hitman.
They also say their evidence against her is overwhelming. They say the evidence includes Cincinelli on video and audio planning the murders.
Cincinelli was ordered held without bail at a court appearance in Central Islip on Friday.
She is currently suspended without pay from the NYPD, where she is a 12-year veteran working out of the 106th Precinct in Queens.
