Police: New Windsor man busted with nearly 531 grams of cocaine

A New Windsor man faces drug charges after a cocaine bust in Newburgh.

Police say the U.S. Post Office intercepted a package believed to contain illegal drugs. 

Officers say they saw Randy Montero pick up the package and get into a car. That's when they pulled over the car and found the 31-year-old had the package filled with nearly 531 grams of cocaine.

Montero has been hit with felony charges of first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
