Police say a fleet of Optimum trucks went up in flames overnight in Port Jefferson Station.
The incident happened across the street from an Optimum store on Industrial Road just before 10 p.m.
Five service trucks were destroyed along with the contents inside. There were no injuries.
“All my stuff was in that truck. Nineteen years’ worth of tools just gone,” an employee told News 12.
The Terryville Fire Department, which handled putting out the fire, says the investigation is now in the hands of the Suffolk County Arson Squad and the Brookhaven fire marshal.
