Shrimpy's Burrito Bar in Massapequa Park has a California flair with a Long Island taste, says News 12's Carol Silva who got to taste some of its delicious dishes.

Fried Reesarito Recipe:
1 large flour tortilla
Cover with layer of Marshmallow Fluff
Drop about 1/4-cup of crumbled Reese's Peanut Butter Cups in center
Drizzle caramel sauce on top
Fold like a burrito
Stick in 2 long toothpicks to hold it together
Drop into a deep fryer or saute in hot oil (Always take precautions when using hot oil, including on cook top)
When browns outside, drizzle outside with chocolate sauce & sprinkle of cinnamon.
Serve Fried Reesarito with vanilla ice cream!
