A New Jersey state trooper was involved in a traffic crash Tuesday morning.

State trooper involved in car crash in Springfield Township
A New Jersey state trooper was involved in a traffic crash Tuesday morning.
Officials say that the trooper’s car and another vehicle collided around 6:30 a.m. near Route 206 and Monmouth Road in Springfield Township.
The trooper was taken to the hospital as a precaution and was released.
No other injuries were reported.
It was not immediately clear what caused the crash.
