Standing water is expected to be a leading concern as temperatures take a deep dive overnight, says News 12 Meteorologist Dave Curran.

Curran says that it is already dangerously cold outside and any bit of snow that has melted is expected to begin to freeze over.

While the main roads are largely clear, sidewalks, driveways and side roads remain slick and slippery.

Police have lifted the commercial travel restrictions put in place ahead of the storm, but they warn drivers to take it slow and watch for black ice heading into the night.

Bitter cold temperatures are expected to set in as readings quickly drop to the single digits and teens. With the winds, "feels-like" readings will be around -10 come Monday morning.
