It's a festive way to toast to the Holidays - local brews and yoga!

Fitness is on tap at the Great South Bay Brewery in Bay Shore.

It’s the Beer Fit Club’s third annual event bringing yoga and beer lovers together for the holidays, all while wearing ugly Christmas sweaters.

Event Organizer Sophia Del Gigante says she is holding the event to bring the community together and to raise money for Alzheimer’s.
