A Mastic man who drove high and caused a deadly crash will spend up to 18 years behind bars.
Prosecutors say Peter Visconti Jr. had Xanax and cocaine in his system when he struck two minivans and a motorcycle on the Long Island Expressway in March.
Visconti had a suspended license at the time.
One woman was killed and seven people were injured.
