The county overwhelmingly voted for President Donald Trump back in 2016.

Odell focused on her record during the campaign for a second term. She says she's kept taxes low – the lowest in the state. Her administration also decreased the debt by $40 million.

Odell says this will be her last term in office. She wants to focus on social issues like battling the opioid epidemic. She also wants to focus on building infrastructure to attract businesses.

Fleming, the Kent town supervisor, hoped voters would choose her because of her record of avoiding raising taxes for years and the reduction in the town’s debt.
