A Scarsdale man has been released from the hospital nearly two weeks after he was attacked by a shark.

Authorities say 61-year-old William Lytton was bitten on the leg and torso while swimming off the waters of Cape Cod.

At this point it's not clear if he was transferred to another facility or sent home, but a hospital spokesperson says he is in fair to good condition.

Officials are still working to determine if he was attacked by a great white shark.
