$2,500 reward offered for arrest and conviction of Greenburgh shooter

GREENBURGH -

More than $1,000 is being offered up to help police find the person who opened fire at a barbeque last weekend.

Greenburgh police say it happened Sunday around 1 a.m. on North Evarts Avenue.

Witnesses told officers no one was hurt but investigators say a 25-year-old man was shot.

He is expected to be ok.

Now a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the shooter.

Anyone with information on what may have happened that night is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 1-866-313-8477.
