A downed tree and power lines caused a road closure and power outage in Ramapo overnight. Police say the tree and wires closed Route 202 between Wilder Road and Route 306 around 1 a.m. today.
About 30 Orange & Rockland Utilities customers lost power. Power was restored, and the road was reopened around 9 a.m.
