YONKERS -

A Yonkers man has pleaded guilty to attempted murder after trying to shoot the same man on two separate occasions in one week.

Back in January, James McNair fired a gun at his intended target in front of a deli on Warburton Avenue but the victim was not hit.

Days later, McNair opened fire at the same victim in front of an apartment building on Woodworth Avenue. He survived, but didn't cooperate with investigators.

McNair is set to be sentenced in October and could get up to 10 years in prison.
