Reward offered in sexual assault of elderly woman

NANUET -

There is a new push to find the person accused of sexually assaulting an elderly woman in Rockland County.

New York State Crime Stoppers is offering $2,500 to anyone with information that leads to an arrest and conviction in the attack that happened outside of Normandy Village in Nanuet around 4:30 p.m. on July 4.

The victim, an 89-year-old woman, suffers from memory loss.

All callers to the Crime Stoppers 24/7 hotline will remain anonymous. The number is (866) 313-TIPS (8477).
