Spanish broadcasting network expands Navy Yard location

The nation's largest Spanish speaking public broadcasting network is expanding its location in Brooklyn.
Hispanic Information and Telecommunications Network or HITN has been located in the Brooklyn Navy Yard since 2004.
Their programming focuses largely on health and wellness, science, technology and early education.
Owners say the latest expansion will bring dozens of jobs to Brooklyn and serve the Hispanic population.
The network is broadcasted nationally to 44 million households, working with cable providers, including Altice USA, the parent company of News 12.
