Ingredients:
 
1 cup + 1/4 cup - Grated yellow sharp cheddar
 
1 cup + 1/4 cup - Grated white sharp cheddar
 
3/4 cup - Mayonnaise
 
1/4 cup - Cream Cheese
 
1/2 cup - Jarred Pimentos, Drained
 
1/2 tsp - Red Pepper Flakes
 
to taste - Pepper
 
to taste - Salt
 
1 bag - Snack Factory Pretzel Crispy
 
Directions:
In a large bowl with a rubber spatula, mix the cheeses, mayonnaise, and cream cheese together until just combined. Add pimentos, red pepper, salt, and pepper and continue mixing until incorporated. Dip can be refrigerated for up to 5 days.
