New York Transit Museum hosts Parade of Trains

Brooklyn residents were able to take a ride through history this weekend at the New York Transit Museum's fourth annual Parade of Vintage Trains.
Attendees could take a ride on six different types of vintage train cars, including the oldest train cards in the fleet dating back to 1904.
The two-day event gives New Yorkers the chance to learn more about the city's transit history.
All that is required for attendance is the swipe of a MetroCard.
The Parade of Trains runs continuously between the Brighton Beach station B/Q platforms between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
