YONKERS -

A second stabbing in two nights occurred Tuesday in Yonkers.

Police were called to an apartment building at 78 Western Ave. around 6 p.m. on a report of a stabbing incident.

They say they found the victim, a 32-year-old Yonkers man, with two lacerations to his back.  The victim said he got into a fight with another man near 27 Lawrence St. and got slashed with a box-cutter-like device.  The victim was taken to the hospital, and the wounds  are considered non-life threatening.

Police say the suspect took off from the scene on foot, and no arrests have been made yet.

On Monday, a 24-year-old security guard was stabbed in the thigh outside apartment buildings on Locust Hill Avenue.
