IHOP reveals what the ‘b’ stands for in IHOb

IHOb has released what the "B" means, and for those of you who said breakfast, you're wrong.

The “B” stands for burgers.

The International House of Pancakes has been around since 1958.

A company spokesman says "We knew we had to be bold in order to shift perceptions that IHOP can only do a great breakfast -- the tounge-in-cheek name change speaks to the fact that we’re just as serious about our burgers as we are about our pancakes. Right now, there is not a defined time for how long we’ll use the IHOb name."
