A street in Yonkers was renamed for a hometown baseball prospect who was killed in a drive-by shooting.
Stockbridge Road was officially renamed Michael Nolan Way.
The 23-year-old, who was an Oakland A’s baseball prospect, was gunned down outside the Burger King on Central Avenue in 2015.
Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano was among the officials and neighbors who gathered in the Homefield section of Yonkers where Nolan grew up for the special occasion.
