Storm causes flooding, power outages across HV

A massive storm that hit the East Coast caused flooding and power outages in the Hudson Valley Monday.

Hundreds of customers in Rockland and Westchester counties lost electricity as wind gusts of up to 50 mph knocked down trees and power lines.

In Yonkers, a large tree fell on Cluney Avenue, knocking out power to that neighborhood.

In Rockland County, a downed line shot sparks out on Sterling Mine Road in Sloatsburg.
