Sunshine to melt morning snow
A quick-moving storm dumped up to 7 inches of spring snow on parts of the Hudson Valley this morning.
News 12 meteorologists say the storm has moved. The afternoon will see partly sunny skies.
With high temperatures around 45 degrees, much of the snow is expected to melt this afternoon. However, the melted snow could refreeze tonight and create black ice situations.
Highs on Tuesday should be in the mid-40s, but rain is expected in the afternoon.
Temperatures could reach into the 60s on Wednesday, but there could be rain again.
