Woman charged with DWAI after attempting to order sandwich from officer

RIVERHEAD -

A woman was arrested after ordering a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich in Jamesport Friday.

Authorities say Lizabeth Ildefonso tried to order breakfast at a Sheriff's Office security booth in Riverhead.

Officials say the woman's eyes were glassy and that she had white powder on her nose.

Ildefonso is charged with driving while ability impaired and driving without a license.
