Towns along the Hudson River are still facing major threats from flooding, especially around high tides, after Friday's nor'easter.

The storm ripped apart the Piermont Pier, leaving behind thousands of dollars in damage and wood, with nails sticking out scattered across the peninsula.

"Not only is the dock destroyed but the material is destroyed to hold the dock in place," says Piermont Police Chief Michael O'Shea.

High tides are also impacting parking lots along the Hudson River, a reason village officials have suspended overnight parking until Monday.

"We urge people to be careful and make sure they park on high ground," says Piermont Mayor Bruce Tucker.
