More charges filed in wrong-way crashPosted: Updated:
The man accused of hurting six people in a DWI wrong-way crash in Yonkers is hit with new charges.
Diego Caceres, 35, now faces aggravated vehicular assault for the Feb. 9 crash.
Police say the New York City man was drunk behind the wheel and on the wrong side of the Bronx River Parkway when he collided with another vehicle.
Two victims are still in serious condition. Caceres is also still hospitalized.
Caceres has already been charged with DWI and reckless endangerment and reckless driving. He is being held on $100,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in Yonkers City Court on Feb. 21.
