Frigid weekend temps freezing pipes in Yonkers homes

Saturday's frigid temperatures had people dealing with frozen pipes in their homes.

The Benedettini family, who lives on Nepperhan Avenue in Yonkers, got creative when their kitchen pipes froze.

"We've got blow dryers on the pipes in the kitchen, and we're working on that right now, trying to get some heat back in the house," says Robert Benedettini.

He advises people to keep water running in their homes to avoid frozen pipes.
