Bitter winter weather lingers, even after snow stops

Strong winds and bitter-cold temperatures remain a concern this weekend after snowfall has come to a stop.

Gusts are up to 30 mph in some places, and the wind chill factor is well below zero.

And in some residential areas, plows have had trouble getting through winding, narrow roads. 

The long wait make snow harder to move later if people haven't already dug out their cars.
