A famous jazz musician from North Salem says his travel woes connected to Global Entry have been resolved, and he credits News 12’s Turn To Tara.
Two-time Grammy-nominated saxophonist William Evans first reached out to News 12 a few weeks ago after getting delayed for hours every time he flew into John F. Kennedy International Airport.
It turns out he has the same name and birthdate as a wanted criminal.
His multiple attempts to fix the problem were unsuccessful, but the problem was resolved after Turn To Tara reached out to U.S. Customs.
Evans just returned from an international trip and said he had no problems.
