Officials say an unlicensed surgeon from Westbury has been arrested and accused of performing plastic surgeries without a license.

Prosecutors say Brad Jacobs, of Westbury, continued to practice alongside Dr. Nicholas Sewell, of Queens, by performing plastic surgeries on more than 60 patients at Allure Plastic Surgery in Manhattan. News 12 has learned one patient was permanently disfigured.

Jacobs lost his license 10 years ago, after admitting to gross negligence, incompetence, and moral unfitness.

Jacobs and Sewell are facing a long list of charges including assault and unauthorized practice of a profession.
