<p>A man from Shelton has been charged with drugging a 15-year-old girl, and then sexually assaulting her at a local ball field.</p>

A man from Shelton has been charged with drugging a 15-year-old girl, and then sexually assaulting her at a local ball field.
According to police, Matthew Pelham, 23, was charged in the incident that happened back in May.
Police say Pelham gave the girl drugs, waited until she was under the influence, and then raped her in the dugout of a field on Howe Avenue.
