Vigil held for disaster victims in Puerto Rico, Mexico

About 50 people gathered outside Yonkers City Hall Tuesday night to light a candle for the natural disaster victims in Puerto Rico and Mexico.
Currently, millions of Puerto Ricans are still without power and cellphone signals. Many attendees at the vigil said they are still waiting on word from loved ones on the island.
Hispanic leaders in Westchester say they recently met with FEMA representatives, demanding more be done for Puerto Ricans.
Although rescue efforts are still underway, many Westchester residents say they feel helpless as they wait for the recovery to begin in Puerto Rico.
