Police say that a person has died after a multi-vehicle crash Sunday.

The crash occurred around 12 p.m. on Route 17 in Tuxedo Park.

Police say a car rear-ended another car, which sent it spinning it into the southbound lane and hitting a motorcyclist.  A third car then hit one of the cars involved in the incident.

The motorcyclist was taken to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead. Her name has not been released.
