NEWBURGH -

A Newburgh man pleaded guilty to manslaughter for a deadly shooting caught on his own home surveillance camera.

Fabian Corley, 25, admitted to shooting 31-year-old Hubert Hines in the back in March.

Police say the victim pulled a gun first during an alleged botched robbery on Hasbrouch Street.

The weapon turned out to be a pellet gun.

As News 12 has previously reported, the victim's family claimed Corley planted the gun after the shooting.
