The identity of a third Marine from the Hudson Valley who was killed in Monday's plane crash has been released.
Joshua Snowden, 31, of Monroe, was one of 16 service members who died when a KC-130 aircraft went down in a Mississippi field.
Those who knew Snowden say he will be greatly missed.
"We want people like him around," said neighbor Ed Gonzalez. "Good man, very good man."
Mark Hopkins, of New Windsor, and Owen Lennon, of Montgomery, were also killed in the crash.
A vigil is planned in Orange County for 7 p.m. Saturday.
