Officials say a 27-year-old man is facing charges for dealing drugs that killed two people in New Rochelle and the Bronx.
A grand jury indicted Frankie Beqiraj in connection with the two heroin overdose deaths, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Beqiraj is accused of selling heroin, cocaine and pain pills.
If convicted, Beqiraj faces life in prison.
