Congratulations are being given to the Westchester Community College class of 2017.
More than 2,000 students graduated Thursday night, and the commencement ceremony was held at the County Center in White Plains.
For many, the ceremony was the culmination of many years of hard work. "This really means a lot to me; it's accumulative. I love, you know, persevering and doing the right thing; I’m staying in school," says graduate Christopher O’Brien.
This was the school’s 69th annual commencement ceremony.
