Wrong-way crash driver identified, charged with DUI

Police have released the name of a Pelham woman accused in a drunken wrong-way crash on the Hutchinson River Parkway.

Westchester County Police say Joanna Logan, 42, is charged with reckless endangerment and driving while intoxicated. She is accused of driving head-on into another car near the Weaver Street exit in Scarsdale.

Logan was one of four people hurt in the crash, but all of them are expected to be OK.

She has been arraigned, and is expected to appear in court next week.
