A family-owned flower shop in New Rochelle is sending out some of its biggest bouquets this Mother's Day.

Florist Bobby DeVivo and his family at Sutton Florists begin crafting individual bouquet's for Mother's Day at 6 a.m.

Customers who stop by the Memorial Highway shop say they come for the experience and the personal touch.

DeVivo says the secret to the longevity of the shop is making sure the customer experience is a priority.

"I remember when I was a kid coming out of Mass and there was a guy on the corner selling flowers and I get my mom a flower and get the lady downstairs a flower," he says. "I remember what their faces look like when they got it and I was instantly hooked."
