Ray Rice apologizes to city at New Rochelle Walk of Fame ceremony
Super Bowl winner Ray Rice admitted his faults and apologized to the city of New Rochelle Friday, the same day his name was added to the city's Walk of Fame.
In 2014, Rice - a graduate of New Rochelle High School - and his wife Janay were involved in a domestic violence incident which cost Rice his NFL career.
He says that now, he is moving forward and dedicated to giving back to his home town.
"I'm not proud of the way the night happened for me and my wife, but I'm more proud of the man I'm becoming and the efforts I'm going to continue the rest of my life to see domestic violence is a no-go in society," he says.
