Forecast: Sun and clouds Friday; rain expected toward end of weekend

EDISON -

New Jersey saw mostly sunny skies and mild temperatures in the 50s Thursday, one day after a winter storm dusted the state with some snow.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist James Gregorio says temperatures Friday will be in the mid-40s, with a mixture of sun and clouds. Conditions will still be mild, and remain dry.

Temperatures overnight will drop into the low-30s, with mostly cloudy skies. Conditions will not be too cold.

Saturday is expected to see temperatures in the high-40s, with mostly cloudy skies. Rain is expected late Saturday night into Sunday morning, and some areas could see up to an inch of rain.

Sunday should see cloudy skies, with periods of light rain. Temperatures will be in the high-50s.
